Mariposa Biomass Project

An appeal has been filed with the Mariposa County Board of Supervisors to rescind the Conditional Use Permit for the Mariposa Biomass Project. The Board of Supervisors will consider the appeal on Tuesday, July 10, in the afternoon about 2:00pm.

From the Board’s Agenda for July 10, 2018:

Note that this project has gone through requisite State and County environmental review and public hearings prior to receiving the Conditional Use Permit from the Mariposa County Planning Commission on February 23, 2018.

The official Mariposa County website for the Mariposa Biomass Project is at https://www.mariposacounty.org/index.aspx?NID=1729. If you have any questions about the project itself or the environmental review process it went through, you can find answers there.

We hope to see you there on Tuesday!
