Contact tracing has shown no contacts.
The individual is currently hospitalized outside of the Mariposa County.

TITLE: Two New Confirmed Cases of COVID-19
Mariposa County Health and Human Services Public Health Branch reports two additional positive COVID-19 cases in Mariposa County residents. The new cases are a married couple, both of whom are symptomatic. The female (age 79) is currently hospitalized while the male (age 80) is in home isolation. These two cases are believed to be a result of community transmission from Merced County. These cases were tested at John C. Fremont Hospital, where they interacted with eight employees, all of whom are being evaluated for exposure. In addition to the health care staff, the Contact Tracing team has identified an additional six local contacts and 28 contacts from outside of Mariposa County.
